 Come and enjoy the charm of French country life less than an hour's drive from Paris. Our gite, in an architectural price-winning house, is located in the Fontainebleau forest and offers a magnificent view of the French country side, including a village and a church steeple in the distance. Fontainebleau and its grandiose castle, and Barbizon of impressionist painters' fame are only 20 mn away by car. Paris, either via the A6 expressway or by train is just an hour away.
 The house, is located on a private forest near the village of Larchant. The Rock of the Dame Jouane, the Fontainebleau forest's highest and a rendez-vous of rock climbers, is only 2 km away, with easy and pleasant access by car, bicycle, or on foot. There are also two golf courses within 20 mn.
 The house can sleep up to 6 adults. It consists of a kitchen-dining-living room with huge bay windows and a magnificent view, a master bedroom with a queen size bed, and an additional bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. A baby bed is available. The owners live in an adjacent wing of the house.
